The program also qualifies for the CMQ/OE-ASQ certification exams through simulation programs to undergo the international exam.

The first unit - the basics of leadership and leadership of the operation team

 

The second unit - strategic planning and quality plan according to indicative standards

 

The third unit - elements and methods of management

 

The fourth unit - tools of quality management and statistical control by computer

 

Module Five - Customer and Supply Chain Management

 

This program includes training on advanced computer programs for quality management to raise the professional and practical competence of the trainee and an in-depth understanding of administrative and technical operations supported by statistical and mathematical quantitative methods and computer programs used for decision-making, including applied cases.

 

It is also suitable for those who wish to obtain an official license as a certified quality manager from the National Institute for Quality of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry

The duration of the program is 70 hours of joint interactive training
